Continue running as often as I can, as far as I can, as fast as I can. Teaching my kids (by example) the rewards that come from putting in the work. Very slowly get to 50 states.

Personal:

I'm married, with two sons, 18, and 19.

I started running because someone dared me to.

I ran my first race 3 days after my 40th birthday. (Disney)

7.5 mils. Hood Route. 8 am start. 66 deg., 82% hum., 62 d.p. "Sprinted" the last 200 m. Broke 1900 for the year.

That Gator game last night was really bad to watch. I know it's a team sport, but that loss is entirely on Will Grier. 

Anywho, I saw a discarded e-p-t box on the side of the road, while I was out running this morning, and I lost about 3 miles trying to figure out the backstory on that one. 

I'm just going to run what I can for this week. My brother is getting married on Saturday, flies into town Wednesday, etc, craziness, etc. I'm trying not to apply too much pressure on myself this week.

7.5 miles. hood route. 5:45 am start. 200 m of "sprint" in the middle somewhere. I ran in old shoes to try something different. 70 deg., 94% hum.,, 68 d.p. No air movement of any kind. Running in a winter wonderland. 

I found a golf ball and vice grips this morning. They were not in the same location. But if you saw someone running with a golf ball and needle nose vice grips, you would assume... ....
