Continue running as often as I can, as far as I can, as fast as I can. Teaching my kids (by example) the rewards that come from putting in the work. Very slowly get to 50 states.

Personal:

I'm married, with two sons, 18, and 19.

I started running because someone dared me to.

I ran my first race 3 days after my 40th birthday. (Disney)

16.25 miles. Legacy Trail to Circus Bridge and Back. 6:15 am start. It did not go well. If it was shorter, I would call it a RunFail. 82 deg. 79% hum.  77 d.p.

Then we took the boys to the beach for a morning of Skimboarding. They are getting pretty good, and asking me to teach them new tricks. I really didn't feel like running down, and hopping on that board this morning, but I did it anyway. Luckily, I came home without road rash, like the boys have.Time for a seafood lunch!
