Did a repeat of the pre-BCM workout I did 3 weeks ago. Two mile warmup, 3 miles @ MP then 1 mile jog back home. Felt OK but I always wish the pace felt easier than it always does a few days before the race.

Faster miles (compared to 3 weeks ago) were 7:05 (7:00), 7:12 (7:09), 7:05 (7:00). So just a few seconds slower than last time at what I think was similar effort. Not sure if it means anything. Not much left to do but take it easy until Saturday and see how it goes! Current weather forecast looks super-duper!

Nice run! Now your all set!

It's been fun watching the weather forecast. It's dropped several degrees from days ago. That's about 10' cooler than usual in good ol SG. Now if we could just get the wind at our backs for the race it will end up being perfect.
