Quads are still pretty sore but a lot better than yesterday. Just before lunch went with Kim over to her PT's office where she showed me the fine points of pool running. I felt pretty awkward at first but got into a better groove after 10 or 15 minutes. But I don't think I ever got to where I could glide thru the water as speedily and gracefully as Kimi. Ended up getting 60 minutes in the pool, HR was around 120 mostly. Probably about like a slow 5 mile run. The time went by quicker than I thought it would, it helped to have Kim and others in the pool to talk to. My legs seem pretty happy about the workout. Don't think I'll try any running until Thursday at the soonest.
