Six miles this morning with Kim nice and easy. We're both still feeling the steep downhill long run on Saturday so likely tomorrow will be an easy 6 as well and wait until Wednesday to do the 10 miler.
Later went to the gym at work and did my usual M-W-F 40 min XT routine. Feel pretty good afterward, the XT seems to really relax my legs and the non-pounding makes my legs and feet quite happy. |
