I was so tired yesterday that I went to bed at 8:45pm. I felt much better when I woke up this morning. AM #1 7 miles on the gym TM. I felt very sluggish and yucky the first 4 miles. The last 3 miles, I started to pick up the pace just to get the darn run over with! Then I started to feel better. 67:40. AM #2 Strength training in my basement. 3x 25 squats with overhead press 10/side single leg hamstring lift 10/side side lunges 10 side line leg lift 15 REAL push ups Ling stretch and foam rolling. My left shin just above my SF site has been bugging the last few days. I took my rolling pin to it this morning. Now it really hurts. |
