I met Kellie this morning for an "easy" run...ha!  That girl is getting fast and her "easy" is my "ultra fast".  But I'm hoping she'll keep beating me up so I can get my hiney to Boston.

I was definitely breathing hard from the get go, but it became more comfortable at the turn around point.
