Designated cross training day! I have been so tired this week with all my early mornings. I had a mental struggle of "do I catch up on some much needed sleep" or "do I get my strength training in"? It took me awhile to decide:). I compromised and hit snooze once and did a shortened version of my workout. 3x 20 push ups 60/60/60 planks 30 lying leg lifts LLL 10 row 10 fly 20 dips Since my mileage has gone up a bit, I've had a harder time getting my ST in. I need to find a balance because ST is so darn important. |
