45 minutes on my new spin bike. Various speeds and inclines. Good sweat and workout 3x 10 ball squats 10 ball lunges 20 push ups 60/45/45 planks LLL various yoga poses - I couldn't do these vary well. Guess I'm not flexible :) My calves are still very sore and tender from Saturday's scraping. The bruising is going down some, but I can still feel going down stairs! Ice Lots of garden and yard work! |
