I met Collette early this morning. My Garmin had a hard time finding the satellite, so I'm not sure what out pace was. As much as I don't like getting up early, I always love running with friends! I felt like my form was totally off this morning. Back to bed for a quick power nap! My kids started running camp yesterday. They are encouraged to run on the days they don't have camp. My oldest daughter (who is quite the athlete) was asking me how many miles it was to different places around the neighborhood. Then before I went to bed, I noticed she had made a "training log" on a stickie note. That's my girl!
