I was lazy and slept in. So I worked out at the home gym this morning. 2 miles on the TM (really focused on cadence) 3x 10/side one arm push ups b6 20 skull crushers 10/side m side to side lunges 15 side v crunch Walking lunges 2 miles Stretch/foam roller I took my kids on a hike this morning to Ensign Peak. I'm on a mission to get them to love hiking as much as I do this summer. In the past 7 days, we've been on 2 hikes. Not bad! |
