I have a good friend who is a massage therapist (Amy) and she's been working on my lower legs for the past while. I have one small spot a few inches above my ankle that is bugging. I don't think it is a stress fracture, but as she was working on it she maybe said it was tendonitis. Makes sense, but I'm not sure what to do for it. |
