7 early miles on the gym TM. The gym was crazy busy this morning! I ran the last .25 of every mile as a pick up. It definitely made the run go by faster. 65:00. Very sweaty. My form was totally off today. My feet felt very flappy and I couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. I finished with a quick set of LLL and push ups. Stretch. I'm definitely sore from the side to side lunges yesterday. They worked their magic. |
