Ran after work again - it was like 85 or so and 50% humidity, which is actually not bad.  I hate this route, I guess cause it is hard.  I usually take it too hard in the first half and slow down on the return.  So I took it easy and just tried to be even paced and not slow down.   And I was even steven - not fast but no slow down

last pto day for the sumer was nice. we drove up to a touristy little town in the mountains of north GA. Its just a place to walk around grab some lunch, and get some ice cream for the kids...
