My legs feel pretty good and my feet feel great.  Lots of rain and wind tonight so I just took it easy.  I want to do a couple three miles at MP tomorrow.  Not sure when or where though///.

Wow, I'm impressed that you ran at all after having the root canal. The marathon on Saturday, is it on paved roads or are you going to be sloshing through muddy trails?

yeah it wasn't really painful - yea!

It is 95% blacktop - about a half mile is an old access road, which is more or less crushed gravel, but not a worry.
