High School: won a few state championships, ran some decent times

College: Ran in some cool meets, ran some fast times, competed as a NCAA Division 1 athlete

Post-College:

1mile: 4:55 (May 23rd 2020 solo time trial) 

Short-Term Running Goals:

I'd like to be able to run 16 miles at 6:25 pace at 6,000 feet comfortably again. Maybe run some road races and hop into some track races?

ran about 25 minutes, 2 mile loop with some track laps. felt good

Ran 40min total, park loop with some barefoot strides on the turf.

UPDATE: since I have no GPS watch and I run by time but that's hard to blog on here, I'm going to blog my minutes as if they are somewhat relative decimals of miles. For example, if I run 40 minutes, I'll put 4 miles in the total distance box. That way i don't put 40 miles in the distance box and ruin the mileage board, and now i also won't put nothing in the mileage box, so it won't show up as zero. I understand that I'm definitely running faster than 10min pace for these runs, so it may not be that accurate, but it keeps my OCD at bay.

45min total today. Was planning on a chill park loop with some strides, but I ran into travis, nate, clayton, and teron on the track so I started their workout with them. Just did 600m with them at about 5:00 pace. Surprised myself haha didn't think I could last that long. Felt good!
