had the day off of work so i decided to dedicate a few hours to training.
morning: started with a 4 mile shakeout, 7:59 avg on grass loops. felt good!
followed that with a hard 20min bike sesh, made sure to get the heart rate up and work the quads and posterior chain.
followed the bike sesh with another shakeout, 3.4 on park loop, 7:17 avg.
good day for training! the grinder in me is coming back.
