Nice cool morning.  1 mile warm up to meet Mark.  We then set out to do 8 miles at about 7:25 pace, which is a slower than MGP, but hey its early in the training season ;o).  Finished the 8 miles in 59:10.  Next week I'm going sub-59 minutes hehe.  Finished up with a 1 mile cool down.

Hey James - good to see you getting in some consistent training. What day is London this year?

Are you following your own training plan?

Thanks David. At this stage I am just trying to get back into shape after slacking during December, and especially over Christmas ;o).

Last week, and this week are about shaking off some cobwebs, then I'll (hopefully) start to push it for London, which is on Sunday 4/22/12. I plan to follow the Boston training group, and then just add an extra 18-20 miler at the end.

I'll go the Gazelles afternoon workout tomorrow. It'll hurt like hell, but if I do it, and then get in 16 miles on Saturday then I'll feel good about moving forward!

Boston Schedule has 2ks on it tomorrow - not sure if I am ready or not. :-)

Are you doing the time trial?

David, I'll do whatever coach says :o). However, going to PM Gazelles.
