I did a workout with Neal today. He was doing 4 mile repeats, but I decided to only do three eight hundreds. I paced him on the second half of his mile. My first one was 2:23, and my second one was 2:23. It wasn't very hard. On the last one, he did an 800 as well. I was feeling good, so I pushed it and ran a 2:13. Neal was at 2:20. I cooled down 6 miles after. |
