| Yoga I think I may be freakin' out a little with only having a few weeks of course work left. Not sure why this stresses me out. I think it may be the subconscious thought of having to be completely responsible for a patient's care. I find myself getting excited but nervous when I think about it. I hope that is normal. :) Hence, I will likely be throwing more yoga, mindful breathing and valerian tea into my week! Ha! :) | Comments(2) |
