I love Wednesday mornings, much more conducive for a good workout. Plus, I felt super strong this morning which seems surprising since yesterday I felt so tired. 8 miles: 2 miles warm up, 3 miles @ 6:56 (which is awesome for me, even if it was on a treadmill), 1 mile super easy, 1 mile @ 6:36 (really had to push) and 1 mile cool down. ST: UE/core - dips - push-ups with feet on BOSU - push - ups with dumbbell rows - plank on BOSU - side plank Ts with dumbbells for shoulder external rotation throughout - rows with black TB tubing - lat pulses with black TB tubing - chin ups Felt great to get in a good upper body work out, I needed it!
