| morning: 7 miles, AP 7:54 afternoon: 4 miles, AP 9:40 ST: hip I just don't understand why some feel the need to cause such hurt and destruction. Beyond grateful that those I personally know who were in Boston are safe but my heart breaks for those that were not as fortunate. I'm a definite believer in that there is much more good in the world than bad ... but times like this really get to me. |

| 17 miles, AP 7:54 Rainy, rainy, rainy. Luckily Ry was with me the first 10 miles, so that was super nice. He is running very strong! Then 7 miles by my lonesome. Wish I could talk Ry into training for a full marathon, but I will gladly take what I can get. It is just awesome that we get to run together. :) Good times. Happy weekend, Everyone. :) |
