Shelbey will be in Bakersfield, California most weekends for the next 12 weeks. Which means longs run are going to be lonesome (unless I can talk Ry or Smo to come along) and my motivation to get up early is pretty low. Slept in, it was well over 100 degrees out so I headed to the gym.

11 miles on the treadmill, AP 7:40 (the TMs at my gym seem much easier than mine at home). I wanted to poke my eyes out! Then a very short leg workout on the machines.
