3 miles easy with Ry and Smo before biking, then . . .

3 hour FANTASTIC mountain bike ride up in LaVerkin/Virgin on Gem trail, Dead Ringer, and Goosebumps trails.

OH MY GOODNESS! This place is a little slice of heaven. Ryan and I had SO MUCH FUN! Only one problem, didn't bring enough fluids so we were parched in the end. But we couldn't get ourselves to leave! Ha!
