What happened to "everything tight, will take it easy this week"? You must be recovering well. Good to hear.

SSF ~ That's an AWESOME run! Glad everything loosened up! It kills me that you never post your splits! :)

Don't you think your recovery is shorter with each marathon? EXCELLENT JOB! Hope school is going well for ya! LLL LLL LLL

Paul~

You are too funny!!! :) My man is good to me!!! :)

SSF~

I don't post my splits because I am trying to concentrate on effort instead of pace. When I used to post my splits I would get far too caught up in trying to run way too fast than I should. (Hence, I kept getting injured.) My only regret is that I don't have numbers to compare to each other. So ... not sure which is better.

I'm trying to remember what my splits even were. I know my MP was simply 8 minute miles. Threshold was 7:30. I think my 800 was 3:29, my first 400 was 1:39 and my second was 1:29. I THINK!!! Not even sure on it. My AP for the run was somewhere around 8:15, give or take.

School is school! LLL LLL LLL LLL LLL
