6 miles, AP 7:43 then 200 meter repeats with 100 meter jog between until I hit 7 miles. Even though this was not a bad run I wasn't able to really find a good rhythm. Something just kind of off today. No pain, but it never felt great or carefree either. 60 minutes recumbent bike I need to pick up my strength training and start prepping better for the Spartan and XTERRA.
