I can't believe you were so far off of pace.:) I mean, 4 whole seconds! That's terrible! LOL
Nice run.
And you even ran on Christmas! Didn't you know, you get to subtract 4 seconds off your previous runs pace for running on Christmas? So I guess you were right on pace.
I hinted at exercising on Christmas and was quickly shot down, so I was a good boy and kept hanging with my family. I'm glad you had a wonderful Christmas.

I didn't realize there was a 4 second differential give on Christmas Day!! SWEET!!!! :)
I got lucky, Livvy got Dance Dance 4 for Christmas and wanted me to watch her dance. There just happens to be a treadmill downstairs right next to the Wii!! It worked out perfectly!!! :) :) :)
