2 hours - 13.67 miles

***

Easy pace (although it did not feel easy - legs were heavy, clunky, and sore) with 5 800s in the middle at HM pace.

I feel kinda used up. Does that make sense? Blah.

Oh yeah -- I tried the brownie trick with a fiber one mix ... it worked. Are fiber one muffins really good for you though? I think it is kind of deceiving since the sugar grams are still pretty high. Hmmmm ....

AND ... I am going to take a nap today. YES!!! :)

Great workout! You should feel used up at the end of intervals right?

I felt used up before the intervals. Ahhhh ... I think the nap will make everything better! :)

I bet that nap is all you need to get your energy back. I hope you got it.

sounds like your recovery is coming along great. Don't push it too fast or you might jinx it! Keep eating those muffins, you could stand to put on a few pounds, (:, (: .....

They are LOADED with fiber, all the Fiber One stuff makes me very sick and bloated. But fiber is good for you if you can handle it!

I know exactly what you mean, I, too, feel very used up. That is a good f=term for it actually. So, I think that means it is time for a lunch red mango date. Aren't you done with school???

Almost time to buy that summer swimming pass!

I know that used up feeling all too well. I am just glad to hear that even you get that feeling, you always seem to be speeeeeeeedy!!!!
