14 miles. AP: 8:12 -- Everything felt very tired and very heavy.
Today's goal: Figure out a way to get 8 hours of sleep before 5:30 a.m. tomorrow morning. This is going to be a toughy. Hoping to take a 20 minute nap before lab, a 40 minute nap with the twins when I get home, and 7 solid hour this evening (which means I need to be in bed by 10:30). Keeping my fingers crossed. I desperately need the zzzzzzzs. |
