wow girl, you aren't missing a beat after the marathon! You are right back on top of your game, and a 4% incline to run at is nasty! GREAT job!

I am with Kelli. You would do awesome in a tri. At least you wouldn't have to worry about drowning. Your a good swimmer. Find a good bike yet??

I can't pull the trigger on the bike. They are SO expensive!
From Jason McK on Fri, Jul 30, 2010 at 16:47:50 from 63.255.173.99
You don't have to have an amazing bike (unless you really want to win). Any bike will give you a starting point for you to beat the next time! I say all this, but the reason I didn't start training for the half iron man I was supposed to do with my neighbor in September is because I don't have a bike, and they're so expensive... Unfortunately, he ramped up his training too fast, got injured and can't do it 'til next year.
From Kelli on Fri, Jul 30, 2010 at 17:14:39 from 71.219.99.30
I agree, who needs the super expensive bike???
