13.1 miles - AP: 8:29

The AirNow site said that the air was "moderate" today and since it wasn't too cold  I ventured outside. It felt good to be off of the treadmill and the time passed very quickly. I concentrated on running balanced and keeping good form. I switched sides of the road every two miles in hopes of giving both legs equal times on the uneven stuff. I have not had any problems since I switched back to my Adidas shoes. :)

Thanks SSF and Kelli!!!

I probably ran that a little faster than I should have but needed to get back home and wanted to get in the miles.

The good news is that I still feel great! :)

Hope you both had a WONDERFUL day! :)

way to run! You are amazingly fast. Maybe it's that I'm super slow... or maybe it's that I just had a baby... but just reading about you running 13 miles at 8:29 seems to exhaust me.
