Went to the gym and ran 3 trying to see were I'm at. Did it in 25:34. Not as good as I would have liked but I'll get it back. Noticed that if you watch dramatic shows with car chases and such you run well. Or atleast I do. Jogged at an easy pace for my cool down. (1 mile) Then went to do crunches and lost count after 75. Took breaks in between but kept going. I hope that isnt bad...I dont feel it...yet. After that I went to do calf extensions, leg presses and hip abductors. |
