I heard once upon a time that more sleep makes you feel better on runs. . . one day I'll try that out, if I have the time. today is the first time in a long time I felt I personally pushed myself speed wise. It wasn't incredibly fast, but it was something more than the pathetic jog I give on a normal four miler. new goal is to make four miles seem like the usual distance for running, not three. |
