Was feeling really sore during the day, so I decided ahead of time to run easy again. I did 5 miles easy on the treadmill. I felt much better than yesterday while running. I've noticed lately that Wednesdays tend to be bad running days for me. It must have something to do with my routine of running hard on Saturday, getting good mileage on Monday, and then doing tempo runs on Tuesday. So I might change my running plan for the marathon to run easier on Wednesdays and harder on Thursdays. Average pace was 8:15. |
