I knew it would be hard to run tonight, so I got up early and ran, even though I had finished running seven hours earlier last night. I did 3.5 miles on the elliptical, which gave me a good cardio workout and exercised legs and arms. Then did 3 miles on the treadmill. The overall average was 8:00 pace. I was telling my wife that I feel like I'm finally starting to see noticeable benefits from almost 3 months of consistent training. It feels good. Can't stop now once the ball has started rolling...
