Easy 7.5 to the store and easy 7.5 home. Felt much better than yesterday. Spent a little time stretching and using the stick on my legs.

As are you my friend!

Thanks for the hello. Things are good. The family is good. Kori (my wife) is training for the Bryce Canyon Half and the St. George. I plan on running the St. George with her. I'm training for a half Ironman August 9th at Utah Lake. I don't know if I'll ever get used to the heat down here. Training has been consistent sense December. I just haven't been writing anything in the blog. Good to see that your still training like a mad man.

Your training has been going really well lately Steve. I'm planning on being at both of the club runs this week. Do you have any Cumulus in stock right now? I need an 8.5 or 9. My last pair was a 9. Which seemed to work even though most of the time I wear 8.5. The Cumulus I have right now have about 415 miles on them.

I have really liked the Stratus, but the Nimbus I bought not to long ago haven't been working out very good for me.

Dustin - I have both the stratus and the Cumulus in 9 in stock.
