AM - Running Club Track workout. I'm still not 100% after running UV Marathon so I decided to go through the motions of the workout but just not push too hard. 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 1600, 1200, 800, 400 w/ 400M recoevery between each.
After we got home we went out and took Isaac and Isabel for at 3 mile run.
