AM - Track workout with the club this morning. Warm-up with 4x 1 mile repeat W/ alternating lap paces (5k & Marathon pace). Marathon pace was about 5:50'ish & 5K pace was under 5:20. Hit all 4 repeats between 5:30 - 5:35 pace. Ended the workout with 4 stairs. 6.5 miles total.
PM - Went out 4.5 miles while Elijah was at gymnastics - feeling pretty tired from this morning's workout. |
