AM - Track workout this morning. It looked like we had about 5 new people. I think the group will continue to grow as we go more into marathon season. 7 miles total.
Here's my splits:
400 (1:10), 800 (2:31), 1200 (4:00, 5:11 pace), 1200 (4:03, 5:13 pace), 800 (2:35), 400 (1:14)
Really happy with today's workout. The last half was a little slower than the first. However, the wind started picking up so it kind of messed up the times a bit. I felt pretty strong most the run and I was happy I didn't have any stomach problems. |
