Core workout and .5 hour on the bike. I am going to change my name to Rice Krispies because all I am doing is SNAP, CRACKLE and POP! My left knee now has a click that pops every time I bend my knee as I am walking! My right knee pops every time I bend down and my ankles are crackling. Not to forget my right hip that has been popping for months now! I am only 38 and you would think I was 88! I have never had knee problems before... and now..since the marathon, I have double knee problems. Old, old, old! |
