I ran an easy 4 in Indiana along the gravel roads near my parents house.  We are here for a visit.  It felt good.  The air is thick after being at 7200 ft. in Laramie.  I haven't blogged in quite a long time.  I have been busy with my thesis and moving to Laramie, WY.  I think I averaged about twice a week from the beginning of June until now.  I ran a few times in Laramie and felt it a little bit with the extra elevation.  I probably ran about 40 miles total during that time period with about 24 of that with Sasha and Jeff before we left.

An easy 5 miles along the gravel roads.  I went the opposite direction this time and ran to the cornfield my parents have.  They have about 53 acres of farmland that they share crop with a local farmer.  He plants it with his machinery, and my parents help pay for the fertilizer and provide the land in return for part of the profit from the sale of the crops.  The run felt great.  I'm loving the sea level elevation, but I could do without the humidity.
