An easy 8 miles with Sasha, Jeff and Tyler.  Tyler and I turned around at 4 while Sasha and Jeff continued on.  It was really humid and the tunnel under Geneva was even more flooded.  Total time was 62:21 (7:47/mile).

I ran a couple of miles with Sasha and Jeff.  Then they turned around to start a short tempo, and I continued on for another mile and turned around for 6 total.  I would have gone 8, but I kept having this weird feeling in my knee and my legs felt tired.  Total time was 46:57 (7:49/mile).

An easy 6 with Sasha, Jeff, and an ROTC cadet whose name I'm forgetting.  We all went to 3 and turned around.  At the start of the 5-mile tempo Sasha and Jeff turned around for a tempo, but the cadet and I continued.  Finished 6 in a time of 47:26 (7:54/mile).
