Eight miles with the usual group plus Matt.  The temperature was warmer this morning, but the wind was cold.  I guess it was blowing in the snow we are getting right now.  The foot felt almost normal.  There was very little pain at all.  I'll see how it holds up this week with about the same mileage and then bump it up a little next week.  I'm going to Wyoming this Thursday for a visit and interviews at the Univ. of Wyoming school of geology and geophysics.  It sounds like my schedule will be pretty packed so I hope I will get a chance to do some running while I'm there.  Total time for 8 was 64:00 (8:00/mile).

Hey D, can you remind me what your suggestion was of how to save my registration form so that people can open it without it getting messed up? Can I e-mail it to you after you tell me and you can tell me how it turns out?

You should save it as a PDF form. I know you can do it using Adobe Professional, and I think Word if you have the right add-on. I also think you can do it using OpenOffice. It is free and allows you to save a Word document as a PDF. A PDF is more universal across platforms and maintains the integrity of the format you want (i.e. It won't look like crap if you save it on a PC and try to open it on a Mac, etc.).
