The pace was a bit faster this morning because we got started late and Sasha needed to be back and gone by 9.  I ran with the group at around 6:30-6:40 pace for the first 4 miles and turned around.  At that point I slowed down to around 7:30 for the next mile.  Then I ran the next three between 7:00-7:30 per mile.  The first 4 were a bit fast, but my foot seemed to hold up okay.  Total time was 58:16 (7:17/mile).  The extra 0.5 was from running a little at the beginning when we thought Mary Ann wasn't coming and running to class at school.

I thought I would be leaving early tomorrow morning, but it won't be until later in the morning.  I'm glad I will be able to get my run in before my trip.

Great! We won't leave without you without at least thinking about you if you're late. Just kidding! We like having you come even without warning. It's good that you let us know though incase Jeff sleeps in or something so we don't cancel the run pre-maturely if you're late. Everyone in the group likes you. You never say anything that ticks us off! :)
