Marry a runner & have fast kids? (kidding but not kidding)
Grow in my enjoyment of running, regardless of pace/times Personal: I currently run for Wofford College in South Carolina, where I double major in biology and Spanish. I will be spending 5 months studying abroad in Chile in 2017. I love cookie dough a little too much and spend most of my free time outside or asleep (or both). | | First morning in Greenville! Didn't know/plan where to run or anyone to run with so I didn't feel very safe just exploring on my own yet. Went to the fitness center and biked 7 miles and lifted.

| | Met up with Rebeka this morning to run!! Rainy run so my hair morphed itself into a giant tangle nest. Anyways, she showed me the way to Swamp Rabbit trail. 2 mile warm up onto the trail, then a 3 mile tempo at 6:51 average, shooting for 6:50. Splits were 6:49, 6:58 ("settled in" a little too hard), 6:42 (tried to make up for it). 2 mile cool down. Good tempo! I think I could do 4 miles at that tempo pace if it were still flat like that.

| | Rainy run again, with Ripley! She runs for Presbyterian College and was here at conference too, and we sort of made friends last night which is super cool! She's awesome. We ran 8 miles, mostly down Swamp Rabbit. 8:11 average.

| | 2 mile warm up around campus at Western. Then on the track, 2 sets of 800/800/600/600/400 with 90 second jog (usually 200-250 meters) between each and 3 minutes between sets. Pace was 5k goal pace (92-93 sec 400's) for all. It went pretty well, except for the 2nd 800 in the 2nd set, which was a solid 4 or 5 seconds slow (3:09). 2 mile cool down around NCCAT afterwards.
