Personal:

I currently run for Wofford College in South Carolina, where I double major in biology and Spanish. I will be spending 5 months studying abroad in Chile in 2017. I love cookie dough a little too much and spend most of my free time outside or asleep (or both). Living & running to know Christ and to make Him known!

Long run sunday! Averaged 8:10. Felt pretty good, but my left arch is killing me. Can hardly walk on it. Yikes.

1 mile warm-up, 7 miles tempo averaging 7:29, 1 mile cool down. Felt harder than it should have been for that pace (should have averaged at least 10-15 seconds faster).

Pool workout. My left arch is still bothering my regularly, and the heat is so miserable. I really look foward to pool workouts in place of recovery runs these days.

10 miles at 7:43 avg with Reid and KJ. Felt great, for one of the first times all summer. Nice to have someone to run with today!

First run back home in my mountains!!! Felt SO good. Everything is so beautiful, I was entertained the whole time just by the route around me that I've seen thousands of times. And it was so cool and crisp out - none of that Myrtle Beach 95% humidity business.
