Personal:

I currently run for Wofford College in South Carolina, where I double major in biology and Spanish. I will be spending 5 months studying abroad in Chile in 2017. I love cookie dough a little too much and spend most of my free time outside or asleep (or both). Living & running to know Christ and to make Him known!

Pool workout. My left arch is still bothering my regularly, and the heat is so miserable. I really look foward to pool workouts in place of recovery runs these days.

Is it plantar fasciitis? If so, get a golf ball and rub it on the arch (put on floor and step on it and rub back and forth) It'll hurt really bad but it'll help. Also, check your shoes! That's what caused mine. That's kind of why I stick to the same make of Nikes, I'm too afraid to switch to a different brand and get injured again :) hope it feels better!! Oh and ice it a ton to get inflammation out :)

I'm scared to go to the doctor but yeah I'm pretty sure!! I've been massaging it every day but I'll try the golf ball deal. Yeah I will say it's been an on and off issue, but it stopped with my last pair of nikes and started back up when I switched to try out a pair of Saucony's right now. I'm definitely gonna switch back to a new pair of that last pair of nikes next time I get shoes
