AM- 1.1 mile warm up & cool down. Workout was 2 x (800, 600, 800, 600) at race pace. Hit mostly around 3:10 for 800's, 2:20 for 600's. My hamstring hurt a bit but I did okay, not great. Not sure the hammy had anything to do with that though. It was 33 out though, which felt great! Happy to have a little cold.
