Did 10+ this morning with Kathy, Staci and Lalita. They kept me slow enough that it was comfortable. No numbness.

Some personal stuff going on with Jennifer that is concerning. She's not handling some things in her life and in her head well, and she doesn't want me to help. I just have to step back and let her process this stuff. And I may not like how things shake out after the processing is over. But I have to accept that and go on. I hope that I will go on with her, but that may not be the case.

Eight miles progression at MAFC. Last one was pretty much MP, or what passes for my MP right now. No numbness, which is good. No resolution of anything with Jen, which isn't.

Inside at MAFC as it rained, then the sun came out. Forgot my watch, but I think I was running about 9:30 pace. Leg started to go numb, then I went up on my toes and it eased off. I'll have to remember that for future reference. Don't know why that would make any difference, but it seemed to matter.

Took yesterday off. Actually got off work in time to do 4 or so in the gym after work, but I was too tired. I was in bed shortly after getting home.

Jen seems to be working through her issues. Whether life after the issues includes me, remains to be seen. I hope so, and she is still giving me some reason for hope.
