Did 10 today at MAFC at just about 9:00 pace. I was cruising along, could have done another 3 or so easily, but decided I needed to check my phone. Sure enough, something there that needed my attention. Actually, that was the case twice. I ran 4 miles, checked it, needed to leave, came back an hour or so later and did the other 6. Both at ~9:00. Legs felt fine. No aftereffects at all from Saturday's numbness. I think I could have finished 13.1 in under two hours no problem, since I did 10.03 in 90:36 and had plenty left. Having a little relationship blip otherwise. That's the thing that needed my attention at that moment. |
